裝配式混凝土檢查井與傳統現澆混凝土井相比，具有現場施工簡易快捷，井室穩定性、密封性、耐久性、環保性好的特點，質量易控、工藝更先進，施工工期短的特點。

由于管網工程絕大部分位于水田中，地下水位較高，基坑開挖后水量較大，降水時間長，不利于現澆混凝土施工。又臨時征地原因，住建局要求在耕種前結束占用農民耕地的施工段，現場工期十分緊迫，住建局多次催促工期，加快施工進度，因現場實際地勘情況，現澆混凝土檢查井施工時間長，施工質量與進度無法把控。
