Composition of coating surface of mold parts
組成模具的零件形狀雖然各異，但構成每個零件的基本表面可概括為3種。
Although the shapes of the parts that make up the mold are different, the basic surfaces that make up each part can be summarized as three kinds.
(1)回轉面零件的外圓面、內圓面、圓錐面等。
(1) Outer circular surface, inner circular surface, conical surface, etc. of revolving surface parts.
(2)平面板的表面和軸的端面等。

(3)曲面成形零件的二維曲面檢查井鋼模具 隔離墩模具 隔離墩鋼模具 流水槽模具 U型槽模具 螺桿啟閉機 卷揚式啟閉機 銅雕佛像 和三維曲面等。

模具零件成形的實質就是解決這3種基本表面的加工問題。對于回轉面和平面通常采用傳統的切削加工就可以成形，根據零件表面不同的精度要求和不同的材質可以選取不同的加工方案。

Different machining schemes can be selected according to different accuracy requirements and different materials of the part surface.
